Star is an international show band.
They have performed on the QE2, in Portugal, France, Holland, Germany, the US and The Middle East.
This includes prestigious events and glittering occasions such
as for the Royal Family – including Prince’s William and Harry, European Heads of State, leading politicians and statesmen.
Being in great demand for corporate events and charity balls,
they are also very popular at weddings, bar-mitzvahs and other private parties for audiences of all ages.

Star always appears as an eight-piece band featuring two girl singer/dancers whose lively approach and dynamic vocals enhances their superb stage show. The band plays a wide repertoire of music featuring classic songs from the past four decades and the best of today’s chart hits.

Star boasts a state of the art computer controlled ‘intelligent’ lighting set-up, a crystal clear but powerful sound system and a star cloth backdrop. This top grade equipment complements an ever changing stage show which features choreographed dance routines and a wide range of superb costumes.
Dressed in ‘black tie’ for a formal opening set, the next minute Star appear in the most outrageous Latin outfits, with colourful suits and the girls in Carnival costumes, complete with head dresses, or in authentic Rock n Roll outfits, Blues Brothers costumes or in the latest 'cool' gear.
Every evening with Star culminates in encores, complete with exploding confetti cannon.
A 7.5 tons truck carries their equipment which is set up and controled by two sound and lighting engineers...
